This is a single sheet wipes packing machine. This machine is used to pack sterile saline cleaning wipes. It is exported to Poland.The manufacturer is a Hunan Grand Packing Machinery.
This video is the last operation test of the machine before shipment: the machine circuit is normal, the parameters are set correctly, the small bag forming, horizontal and vertical folding of wet wipes, bag insertion, liquid filling, bag sealing, blanking, discharging and other station modules are running normally, and the machine is running stably.
The machine is customized for the requirements of packaging cursor positioning, longitudinal folding, stamping production date, stacking every 10 pieces of material.
The production speed of the machine is 120pcs/Min, the three-side seal is adopted, and the liquid filling volume is 2ml.
