This is a semi-automatic machine.

The operation is very simple. Like the powder capsule filling machine, the empty capsule (for No.000/00/0/1/2/3/4 capsules) is first fixed in the capsule tray through the work of the capsule feeding mechanism, and then the upper and lower shells of the capsule are separated.In the filling mechanism, we fill the empty capsule with a certain amount of liquid through the intelligent peristaltic pump filling system.Then the upper and lower shells of the capsule are closed by the capsule closing mechanism.

Don't think that's the end of it. This is just the step of filling the liquid into the empty capsule.We need to send the filled liquid capsules to the next process immediately.That is the tape sealer.Because gelatin capsules are filled with liquid, unlike gelatin capsules filled with powder, the liquid will flow out through the gap between the upper and lower shells of the capsule, while the powder will not.

So now we need to send the filled capsules into the liquid capsule sealing machine before the liquid flows out.

After the hard capsule material is discharged from the hopper, the capsule cap and the capsule body are regularly arranged on the conveying mechanism in the same direction by the directional mechanism, after the joint of the capsule cap and the capsule body passes through the gluing mechanism, the safe anti-abuse glue is automatically coated by the gluing wheel (in order to ensure the gluing effect, a secondary gluing technology is adopted), and then the safe anti-abuse glue is naturally cured in the reciprocating conveying process by the conveying mechanism.Thereby achieving the sealing effect of the hard capsule cap body.
