Tube filling and sealing machine is the semi automatic or full automatic system for unit dose filling and closing of the squeezable plastic, laminate, or metal aluminum tube.
How does a tube filler work?
On full automatic tube filler, the empty tubes will be fed onto the machine from tube bin automatically and then inserted into the tube base. The liquid and semi liquid product will be transferred into the tank by a pump and fill into the empty tube. Then the tube will be closed by sealing or folding ( for metal tubes). The batch No embossing can be added by stainless steel letter embossing.

1. Anti-Leak: filling nozzle deep into the inside of the tube when filling, there is an end cap inside of the filling head, and also it has air blow after filling.
2. Stainless steel volumetric dozing syringe and Teflon piston seals for accurate dosage.
3. Hot air tool for plastic / laminated tubes (Leister make heater).
4. The machine speed control by converter control, can be adjustable.
5. Filling volume can be adjustable by hand wheel adjustment, it is convenient.
6. Preset counter.
7. No−Tube−No−Fill system.
