1. Automatic box opening mechanism

1.1. Application

This machine can open boxes, fold bottom flaps of the boxes, seal the box bottom with tape and out-feed the opened box. It is economical and practical.

2) The opened box should be flat and neat. The box opening pass rate is no lower than 99.9%.

3) The touch screen of this machine can be used to debug the machine and control the production. It can also display the output counting, running speed and alarms. Besides, it has protection functions of automatic shutdown in case of alarm, error or emergency stop.

4) Hand wheel can be used for convenient and accurate box specification adjustment.

2.1. Technical requirements

1) The change of stacking specification and box specification can be adjusted conveniently and accurately.

2) This machine can be debugged and controlled standalone, with the touch screen to display its output counting, running speed and alarms.

3) This machine has the functions of box quality and reserves monitoring, error alarming, error shutdown and emergency stop.

4) The boxing pass rate can reach 100%. The boxing failure caused by special causes will trigger machine alarming and shutdown. The products can then be handled manually.

5) Products can be boxed smoothly, causing no damage to the box. The finished boxes are neat and tidy and their appearance pass rate reaches 99.5%.

3. Automatic Box Sealing Machine

3.1. Application

This machine can automatically fold the top flaps of the boxes and seal them with adhesive tape.

3.2. Technical requirements

1) The whole sealing process should be finished stably with enough positioning and protection measures and cause no damage to the boxes with the sealing speed no lower than 15 boxes/min.

2) The sealed boxes should be flat and tidy. The box sealing pass rate can reach 100%.

3) The touch screen of this machine enables the machine to be debugged and controlled standalone and to have the functions of displaying output counting, running speed and alarms. Besides, the machine can have the optional functions of shutdown in case of alarming, error and emergency stop.

4) The machine can be adjusted conveniently through the hand wheel for its adaptation to box specification change.

4. Roller Conveying Machine

4.1. Application

The roller conveying machine can be used for the connection and conveying among box opening machine, boxing machine, box sealing machine, bundling machine, stacking machine and so on. Its rollers and side board supports are all made of SUS304.

1) Stations are reserved for unopened box feeding device, leaflet feeding device, supervision code scanning, corner labeling machine and printing machine.

2) The conveying capacity can meet the requirements of boxing speed and the conveying speed is adjustable.
