As you know, a blister packaging machine mold usually includes three parts:
forming mold, heat sealing mold and punching mold (also called cutter mold).
So, how can we replace and install the mold accurately and quickly?
DPP-180 Mold Installation Guideline
10second:
Install lower forming mold, align two positioning grooves at the mold bottom with positioning bolt on the machine, and tighten fixing wrench
35second:
Install upper forming mold, the air tube is to the right, align groove at the mold top with the machine mold fixing guide rail and push it into the bottom to wedge
55second:。
Press "Jog" button to raise the mold to the highest point. Then fix four ball nuts in diagonal order
1minute30second:
Lock four lower fixing nuts under the upper mold from bottom to top
1minute40second:
Finally insert air tube
1minute45second:
Next, install heat sealing mold

Protruding screw is facing left, bottom positioning slot is aligned with positioning bolt on the machine. Lock quick fixing wrench

It is the mounting rail on heat sealing mold top

Push in upper mold positioning groove by aligning guide rail, and lock quick fixing wrench
2minute35second:
Adjust heat sealing pressure and loosen the four ball nuts

Press "Start" button to raise mold to the highest point
Press "Heat Seal" button again, after heat sealing cylinder lowered, screw four positioning nuts up to 1mm from top plate
Then close "Heat Seal" button, lock the four nuts again.
3minute45second:
Install perforation lower mold first, observe and adjust on both sides, adjust the lower die to be in middle of fixed bottom plate
, then lock quick fixing wrench
4minute05second:
Install perforation upper mold, open safety cover, align upper mold fixing groove with the fixed guide rail on the machine, and push it to the end from right to left
Lock upper pressure plate screws

Install cutter mold

Install cutter lower mold
Place milled groove on lower mold towards left traction station, align four elliptical grooves with their screw holes, and put them in

Observe and adjust to determine the position of four columns in middle of the four fixing holes of cutter mold, then lock the four fixing screws

Install cutter on mold
First pull out ball sleeve, pick up the mold and hold the ball sleeve with your hands, then put into the movable groove downward. Move upper mold up and down, so ball sleeve enters correct position
5minute35second:
Install upper cover plate, lock four ball nuts in diagonal order
Press "Jog" button to raise the cutter mold to the highest point. Lock two fixing screws
After watching the video, maybe you doubt that the video duration is more than 6 minutes, how to replace the mold in 5 minutes?
Indeed, the video is more than 5 minutes. However, it is also 5 times less than the 30-minute installation time required by most machines. I deliberately slowed down operation speed so that you can understand the process more clearly. With usual operating, I can complete the whole mold installation within 3 minutes.
