This is a filling and packaging line for nutritional supplements exported to Italy. The production line consists of a multi-row pouch packaging machine and a cartoning machine.
The small bag machine is equipped with VDJ's carbon dioxide laser coding machine and vacuum feeding system. The machine has a production speed of 5 bags per time and 100 bags per minute.
The back end is a horizontal cartoning machine equipped with a motion control sorting system. The customer requires that the cartoning machine can pack four cartons of different sizes.
So as to meet the packaging requirements of 5 bags/box, 10 bags/box, 15 bags/box and 20 bags/boxes.
At present, the machine has been delivered to customers for use.The operation is very stable.
