Thailand - Condom Packaging Machine

Today, a new condom packing machine are packed and ready to deliver to our old Thailand customer, who has purchased his first packing machine in 2010 from us.During these years,we have exported up to 20 sets of manual feeder condom packing machine to this cusotmer(like the video) ,and now they started to purchase the Automatic round condom packing machine. (click to view the video and details) Besides condom packing machine, we also exported many sets of condom cartoning machine to this customer.

For condom package , the most common types are square/rectangular and round sachet package. The new condom packing machine for this customer is used for round condom package, including M and L size, so we need to equipped with an additional mold for the different package size. We design the outer sachet size based on the condom size , because in each country , the condom sizes may differs a little bit. Moreover, there is an automatic condom vibrating feeder which is used to feed the condom onto the packing machine automatically, which helps to save the labor cost greatly compared to feeding by hand.

The working process of the automatic condom packaging machine is as following:

Automatic condom vibrating--up and down packing film unwinding--condom feeding --lubricant oil filing --sachet sealing--round sachet punching. We can choose to equip the ribbon or ink jet printer on the machine.

The main difference of the square , rectangular condom packaging machine with the round condom packer is the cutting and punching station. For round condom , we use punching to punch out the round condom, but for square or rectangular condom, we use blade to cut.

After condom package into the sachet, we normally pack the condom into box on the condom cartoner, for more information , please refer to the automatic cartoning machine of us.
