Typically one machine can support Aluminum-Aluminum Forming Packaging and Aluminum-Plastic Forming Packaging. But most factories are designed in such a way that the aluminum-plastic heating plate is removed when you need to use aluminum-aluminum packaging. Removal and installation are cumbersome, and after removal, the wires are still exposed on the machine, which affects the aesthetics and causes safety hazards.

Our design is to make a flip mechanism and open the flip mechanism when you use Aluminum-Aluminum packaging so that the heating plate does not touch the aluminum film. When using aluminum-plastic packaging, the flip mechanism will be closed and locked, and the heating plate will work to heat up the molded plastic film. The heating plate is always fixed on the machine, which reduces disassembly and installation time and is easy to manage and use.
