It is an automatic blister box packing machine , also called blister cartoning machine, blister encasing machine.

It is compact in size, which can be used individually or connected to the blister packing machine or cellophane wrapping machine( or shrink packing machine).
The stable production speed is around 50-80 boxes per min.

Application

This automatic blister cartoner is designed to box pack the medicine blister with hard capsule, soft gelatin capsule or tablet. It is especially suitable for the small box sizes. The blister plate quantity can be adjusted on the touch screen , also the box sizes can be changed in a certain scope.

The working process is as following

Blister plate auto feeding--leaflet folding and feeding-automatic box sucking and opening--blister and leaflet pushing into the box-- batch No embossing if needed(or ink jet printing as optional) --box tuck in closing or glue sealing--final product output.
