In this perfume factory, each fragrance comes in a uniquely designed bottle—square, flat, round, teardrop, diamond-shaped, or even pentagonal and hexagonal… No two designs are the same. To accommodate diverse bottle shapes, we developed a modular conveyor system—simply by changing the mold, the same machine can adapt to different perfume bottles. This allows the factory’s 10 filling lines to maintain uniform equipment while flexibly handling various bottle designs, significantly improving production efficiency.

Production Line Process Breakdown

1. Manual Bottle Loading

• Aligning with the company’s social responsibility ethos, bottle loading is done manually (instead of robots), creating job opportunities for people with disabilities.

2. Detection Station

• Ensures glass bottles are correctly positioned before filling.

3. Three-Step High-Speed Filling

• For larger fragrance volumes, a three-step filling process enhances speed and output.

4. Liquid Level Control

• Guarantees a consistent fill height for every bottle, ensuring product aesthetics.

5. Automatic Nozzle Installation

• A vibration bowl aligns the nozzles, and a robotic arm precisely inserts them into the bottle.

6. Capping & Tightening

• Additional stations are reserved for inner and outer caps, accommodating different bottle types.

7. Robotic Output

• Finished perfumes are transferred via robotic arm to the next conveyor belt for labeling, boxing, and further packaging.
