This is a tape cartoning machine for export to Algiers with a packing speed of 50 boxes per minute.
At the front of the packaging line, the tape is packaged in a transparent pouch, which can better extend the shelf life.
Then the tape enters the cartoning machine conveyor belt one by one, the machine automatically identifies and opens the carton, pushes the tape into the carton, and completes the sealing.Depending on the structure of the box, the box can be sealed with an adhesive seal, or with a tongue seal as in the video.
After the case packing is completed, every 10 boxes of adhesive tape are bundled into a group for packing.
According to different boxes or packing methods, we also have vertical cartoning machine, rotary cartoning machine, folding cartoning machines and so on.
