In the production line.Throat swabs and Antigen combo kit are fed by the full-servo products management system and fed into the cartoning line by the manipulator.Reagent tubes are fed using a vibratory feeder.The instructions use stack blanking.The whole cartoning machine includes four feeding devices.The multi-blanking mode belongs to non-standard customization.The packing capacity is 60 boxes per minute.After commissioning, it is delivered to customers, and the current production is very stable.

At present, we have received a new demand for the same type of detection reagent packaging, and the scheme is being designed, as shown in the figure below.
