The bandages are manually placed into the cartoning machine conveyor belt one by one, and the machine automatically recognizes and opens the carton, pushes the tape into the carton, and completes the sealing.
If the worker is slow and there is no bandage in one of the transfer card slots, the corresponding box will not open.This is the function of not opening the box without products.
In fact, at the front of the packaging line, it would be better if the bandages were wrapped with a flow packing machine and then automatically fed into the cartoning conveyor belt.The bandage is packaged in a transparent pouch, which can better prolong the shelf life.
Depending on the structure of the box, an adhesive seal may be used when sealing the box.In the video, we can see that the bottom of the box is an efficient folding mechanism, and the top and bottom of the box are sealed by tongue.
