His factory mainly produces veterinary drugs. The front end of the production line in the video is veterinary drug bottle filling and sealing machine, and then 8 bottles are packed into a small carton. It turned out that his incasing process was done manually.
However, as the production speed accelerates, manual packing can no longer meet the requirements, taking into account labor costs and equipment investment. Customers have chosen us to build a packaging production line.
The video was shot at the last run test before delivery: From the video, we can see that the entire case packer line is running stably.
1、The Product Conveying：Conveying and sorting carton at the same time to facilitate grouping and packing. 2、The Collection queue：The combination method can be changed according to different packing quantities.
Such as lifting stacking, sinking stacking, track sorting, etc.
3、The Combination incasing：After the products are lifted and stacked, pushed into the box from the side.
4、Carton unfolding and forming：The folded carton opening and forming at the same time.
5、Foldbox sealing：The two pairs of horizontal and vertical flaps of the carton are automatically folded and sealed with tape.
6、Flip output：After opening, side-incasing and sealing, the box are placed face up and output.
