GD-80Z Metal Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
Equipment scope:
Cosmetics, light industry (daily chemical), pharmaceutical, food and other industries, used for the selection of hoses for enterprise products, which can be used to fill materials such as ointments, creams, gels or viscosity fluids. Inside the tube, then fold the end of the hose and print the code to produce the finished product.

work process:
Tube silo (hose container) → automatic upper tube → identification positioning → filling detection + quantity control + [hose internal cleaning (option)] → filling → flat tail → one folding 180° → folding again 180° → saddle folding →Tail shaping →Printing code → Finished product discharge.
