A-type Heat sealing machine for composite/ plastic tube :
Using hot air gun internal heating and water cooling machine, perfect completion of plastic hose sealing work, sealing strong and beautiful without deformation .
B-type Folding sealing machine for matel aluminum tube :
Changing different parts and do some adjustment can achieve 3 side folding ,5 side folding and other folding ways.
What is tube filling and sealing machine?
Tube filling and sealing machine is the semi automatic or full automatic system for unit dose filling and closing of the squeezable plastic, laminate, or metal aluminum tube.
How does a tube filler work?
On full automatic tube filler, the empty tubes will be fed onto the machine from tube bin automatically and then inserted into the tube base. The liquid and semi liquid product will be transferred into the tank by a pump and fill into the empty tube. Then the tube will be closed by sealing or folding ( for metal tubes). The batch No embossing can be added by stainless steel letter embossing.
