This is a wet wipes medium package production line - for stacking (wipe bag of) single piece wipes into medium-sized package.

After packing wet wipes of (wipe bag of) single piece, it will be rejected if any defectives.

Then the wipes are stacked in the bag collecting mechanism firstly.

As required, the bag slot can be customized for stacking 2/3/5 pieces of wipes or other qualities.

Afterwards, the wipes in every 10 slots are stacked secondly through the bag stacking mechanism.

For example, the first stacking is 5 pcs/slot, and after the second stacking, there are 50 pcs wipes are stacked.

You can choose 50 pcs per bag, or 100 pcs.

Finally,  the stacked bags enter the next process: flow pack.

At that time, it completes the second pillow packing process of wet wipes.

Usually it need to be packaged for the third or fourth time before leaving the factory for cartoning and film wrapping, which will be introduced in aother presentation.

4: This machine adopts 4 independent temperature controllers for intelligent operation, precise control and humanized programming, making the longitudinal and horizontal sealing easy to adjust and operate.
5: Scissor type cutter: independent research and development, oblique cutting for small stress without damage to the knife, but longer service life of the cutter and low noise during operation.
6: Tension controller: used to durably control the tension of the conveying belt during conveying for a longer time, controlling the tightness of the fabric, let the fabric run smoothly.
7: Equipped with positioning and shutdown function: stop freely without packing film waste, sticking to the cutter and damage to the cutter.
8: The transmission system is simple while more reliable, and more convenient to maintain.
9: All controls are realized by software, which is convenient for function adjustment and technical maintenance.
