1. Application
GD-60Z metal tube filling and sealing machine can be used in many fields, including cosmetics, light industry (daily chemicals), pharmacy and foodstuff. It is also used by the enterprises which use tube as the packing container. It can fill materials of ointment, cream, gel or viscous liquid into tube, fold and seal the tube rear and then print characters on tube. In the end, end products are produced.
Application of packing material and filled materials:
1) Aluminum tube & lead tube;
2) Ointment, cream, gel and viscous liquid.
2. Operation procedures
Tube storage (tube container) → automatic tube feeding → benchmarking and locating → filling detection + quantity control + inner tube cleaning (optional) → filling → rear pressing → the first folding in 180° → the second folding in 180° → folding to saddle → rear shaping → characters printing → end products discharging;

4. Features
u The main motor applies frequency control of speed.
u Tube rear can be double folded, triple folded or saddle folded through adjustment on the same machine.
u Robots can seal flexibly and stably. Filling and sealing stations are open for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
u German photoelectrical eyemark recognizer is applied for eyemark locating. Besides, high-accuracy driver and stepping motor are equipped to correct graphic location. (Servo motor should be equipped for too high benchmarking requirements)
u Material filling nozzle can go deep into the tube for staged filling. Meanwhile, filling and sealing will finish in order from bottom to top and no material will leak or overflow. Thus, the machine can meet filling requirements of materials of different physical and chemical performance. Slight adjusting handwheel for filling volume is installed outside of the machine for convenient adjustment and fastening. Therefore, filling errors can be kept within ≤ ±0.5% for cost saving and accurate calculation.
u Powerful mixing device is installed at the bottom of material bucket for safety, reliability and wide application. Bucket temperature preserving system consists of controllable water temperature device and interlayed hopper with weld but without flux (optional).
u Terminal compressed air undergoes multi-staged filtering. (Oil and gas filtering device can make sure that compressed air is clean and not polluted.)
u Oil feeding standard is made for lubricating system to guarantee effective equipment lubrication and avoid pollution from operation environment.

6. Filling of viscous materials:
For particularly viscous materials, such as silicone grease, lubricating grease, the commonly used feed pump can not complete the work, we need to manually feed to the bucket, or use a pressure device.
1. The height of your external charging bucket is higher than that of the filling rotary valve, so you don't need the machine charging bucket.
2. If your charging bucket is equipped with a pressurization device, then the machine filling needs to be changed to a servo transmission device.
If the pressure is enough, it can be pressed up. In theory, it is better to raise the barrel a little, which will be better.
Servo filling: Subtract the cost of the barrel, change the cam drive to servo plus reducer, and add 15000 yuan.
